  1. Lock Your Live Availability: Select your preferred Private Pitch, Harvest Harbor, or Canvas Communal setup above and submit your $250 non-refundable holding deposit. This instantly takes that specific tent off the public market.

  2. Finalize Your Guest Ledger: Within 24 hours of your deposit clearing, our concierge team will email your official Phase 2 Retreat Packet. This is where we gather your custom dietary profiles, handle roommate matching, and establish your final occupancy tier.

  3. Tailor Your Payment Schedule: We believe luxury should be approachable. Your remaining retreat balance can be split into equal, customized monthly installments or paid in full via a secure invoicing link, with your first installment not due until 30 days after your deposit.
