What Is Not Included
To maintain absolute operational clarity and protect your retreat experience, the following items are billed individually and are not covered in your base ticket: Purchases at the Barn’s general store or specialty espresso cafe, optional tips for your porch masseuse, and any alcoholic beverages ordered outside of our specified hosted events (the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner, and our private tasting showcases).

The Private Collection Suites: Flora & Fauna is our ultra-exclusive premier suite designed for an intimate occupancy of up to 2 guests max. Our other private Sanctuary tents feature a luxurious King bed and a plush Queen sofa bed, comfortably hosting an occupancy of up to 4 guests total. Your base reservation covers solo occupancy —adding additional ghouls to your private suite is incredibly seamless.
The Shared Collection Tents: These configurations depend entirely on your style of travel. You can book a Shared Collection tent as a private group buyout to keep the space entirely to yourselves, or book individual beds dorm/hostel-style to plug directly into an immediate, exclusive sisterhood of solo/budget-friendly ghouls.

We encourage all of our ghouls to lean into the spirit of the season. Pack your favorite "witchy best"—think dramatic floor-length capes, rich velvet textures, deep autumnal tones, or elegant boho-chic attire. Whether you arrive in a stunning vintage cape or a comfortable Target dress, you belong in this circle.

To maintain the extreme exclusivity of this 11-tent retreat, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your sanctuary. The remaining balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Because space is strictly limited, reservations cancelled 60 to 45 days prior to October 3rd will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.
We highly recommend securing independent travel insurance to protect your investment. We partner with top-tier providers like Faye to offer comprehensive trip cancellation, interruption, and travel delay coverage. Please contact us directly upon booking, and we will happily handle the insurance setup for you!

The Custom FTG Payment Plan: Prefer to keep it directly within the circle? We offer a personalized internal Follow the Goose payment plan featuring a 3% minimum interest rate, structured to split your balance into manageable installments ahead of our August final billing deadline.

Autumn weather can be beautifully moody. Every luxury safari tent is fully enclosed, insulated, and equipped with powerful, residential-grade Heat and AC units to keep you perfectly cozy. Inclement weather does not warrant cancellations, but in the unlikely event of severe weather, Camp Aramoni provides a beautiful, historic indoor storm shelter at The Barn.

To maintain fairness and exclusivity for our limited 11-tent inventory, we utilize a strict, streamlined multi-step booking system:
Step 1: The Holding Deposit. Click any booking button on this page to pay a non-refundable $250 holding fee, which immediately pulls your selected tent space off the public market.
Step 2: The Contract & Initial Payment. Within 24 hours of your holding fee being processed, Follow the Goose (FTG) will email your official guest reservation packet. You have exactly 7 days from the time this email is sent to sign the retreat agreement and submit your official 50% reservation deposit (minus the $250 holding fee you already paid).
Step 3: Confirmation. Once the contract is signed and the 50% payment clears, your sanctuary in the circle is officially locked in.
Please Note: If you do not fulfill the contract and initial payment obligations within the 7-day window, your $250 holding fee is forfeited, your tent space is immediately released back to the public, and you will be required to restart the application process from the beginning.

Because our luxury culinary packages, private estate tours, and bespoke harvest gifts are meticulously curated for this exact headcount, there are absolutely no exceptions to this cap. Once the 24th spot is claimed, the circle closes permanently.
